For the last few weeks, I've been having CONSTANT issues with my Premier timeline not allowing me to move clips. It would work fine for an hour or maybe several hours, and then just randomly lock my clips to their position in the timeline. I could trim the length, and do other things to the clip, but I am not allowed to actually slide the clip.
